Payments & Refund Policy – Brailing

1. Payment Payments in euros (€) via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių Bankas, or card through MakeCommerce.lt (Montonio). All transactions are secure.

2. Defective or Damaged Products If the game is defective or arrived damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@brailingame.com with your order number and photos.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Upon receipt and verification, we will either replace the item (free of charge, including shipping) or issue a full refund (including original shipping cost) within 5 business days.

3. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind) As required by EU law, you may return an unused product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price.

  • The product must be in new, resaleable condition with all original packaging and components.
  • You pay the return shipping cost. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
  • Notify us by email before returning. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item in perfect condition.

4. Non-Returnable Any product that has been opened/used, shows signs of wear, or is missing parts/components is not eligible for return or refund (except verified defects).

5. Refund Method Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt. Bank processing may add a few extra days.
