Terms of Service – Brailing 

Effective date: 18 November 2025

1. General Provisions These Terms of Service govern your use of brailingame.com and all purchases made from UAB “Brailis” (company code 306825902, registered address: Tvenkinių g. 29, LT-89200 Mažeikiai, Lithuania). By placing an order or using the website, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to place an order. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

  • An order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues) with immediate refund if payment was taken.

4. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include Lithuanian VAT (21 % where applicable).
  • Payment is due in full at the time of order.
  • We accept payments via MakeCommerce.lt (bank links, cards). We do not store your payment card details.

5. Shipping Delivery times, costs and conditions are set out in our separate Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds Please see our separate Payments & Refund Policy (above) for full details on defective products and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Intellectual Property All content on the website (text, images, logos, game rules, artwork) is owned by UAB “Brailis” or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. Warranty & Liability

  • Products are covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee under EU law for defects existing at the time of delivery.
  • Except where prohibited by law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Privacy Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (strikes, natural disasters, war, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, etc.).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania. As a consumer you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).

12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The new version becomes effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
