Shipping policy
Shipping Policy – Brailing Effective date: 18 November 2025
1. Processing & Dispatch Time
- In-stock items: Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed.
- Pre-order items: Dispatch occurs only after the product is officially released and arrives at our warehouse. Estimated release and shipping dates are always indicated on the product page. These dates are provisional and may change due to delays from manufacturers or suppliers. We are not liable for such delays.
2. Shipping Carriers & Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
- We ship with Omniva, LP Express, DPD, Venipak or Lietuvos Paštas (depending on destination and package size).
- Delivery time after dispatch: – Lithuania: 1–2 business days – Baltic states: 2–3 business days – Rest of EU: 3–10 business days – Outside EU: case-by-case (customs duties may apply and are paid by the customer).
3. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
4. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If the parcel is not delivered within 14 business days after dispatch (30 days for non-EU), contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address, customs clearance, force majeure, or carrier issues.
5. Risk & Title Risk of loss or damage passes to you the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier.
